Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a leading law firm in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in residential and/or commercial conveyancing to become a key member of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors in managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare correspondence related to property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Handle Land Registry applications and other necessary formalities.
  • Maintain and update client files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and any other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a conveyancing paralegal, preferably within a reputable law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in using conveyancing case management software and MS Office.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
