Responsibilities:

• Progress files with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage cases with finesse, ensuring compliance with SLAs

• Handle case enquiries with customer service flair.

• Optimise client experience with in-house conveyancing systems.

• Liaise with clients, lenders, and other solicitors.

• Conduct pre-completion searches & handle redemption statements

• Prepare completion statements, invoices, and letters.

• Tackle additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 12 Months+ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.

• Leasehold and new build transaction experience.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency with Case Management Systems, preferably Visual Files.

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
