Conveyancing Paralegal

Premier Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a dynamic Law firm based in South East London, specialising in providing exceptional legal services across various disciplines. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, they pride themselves on delivering tailored solutions that meet client's unique needs. We seek a dedicated and proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.
  • Conduct searches, review title documents, and manage pre-completion and post-completion procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain and update case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling client inquiries.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
  • Proficient in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
