The firm are a very well-established conveyancing practice established across The Southeast with a head office in Surrey. They provide a dedicated and professional service for their clients through excellent use of their own technology with highly skilled lawyers all supported by an enthusiastic and professional support team.
Your expertise will help continue offering these services and support their continuing growth at the London office.Position OverviewAs a Conveyancing Paralegal you'll provide close support to a qualified conveyancer across a broad remit of residential conveyancing transactions, with caseloads in the region of 50-60 files working to set (reasonable) monthly targets.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide key support in managing residential conveyancing transactions through to exchange
- Work on both leasehold and freehold residential property cases
- Build in depth knowledge of individual cases
- Provide a professional service and excellent client outcomes
