Role: Property Paralegal

Location: East London

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (full-time)

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

Reed Legal are in search of a Property Paralegal to become the newest ideal addition of a well-established, successful Conveyancing Law Firm based in East London.

Responsibilities

  • Working within the commercial and residential departments.
  • Drafting leases, licenses, and loan documentation, as well as managing your own caseload.
  • Preparing reports, opening files, and creating legal packs, along with preparing engagement letters and applying for searches.
  • Pre and post completion tasks including drafting reports, handling exchanges, preparing invoices, and completing SDLT returns.
  • Assisting fee earners with file management and preparing completion/financial statements and transfers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a years experience within property
  • Law Degree ideal but not essential
  • Ability to stay organised and disciplined
