My client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their highly successful Conveyancing team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Solicitor in progressing files in a timely manner.
  • Maintain all allocated files in good order, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle case enquiries via telephone and email, delivering first-class customer service.
  • Optimise the client experience using our conveyancing systems and technology.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, mortgage brokers, and other solicitors.
  • Maintain detailed telephone notes and manage emails and calls promptly.
  • Obtain redemption statements and conduct pre-completion searches.
  • Submit standard property searches.
  • Assist with completions and administrative tasks between exchange and completion.
  • Prepare and manage Requisitions on Title.
  • Prepare completion statements, invoices, and exchange/completion letters.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required by the Case Manager/Senior Case Manager.
  • Work from a task list, following prompts and taking appropriate action.
  • Accurately input data into a case management system.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role.
  • Experience with leasehold and new build transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with Case Management Systems, preferably Visual Files.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
