Job Description: Conveyancing Paralegal/Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Mayfair London

Firm: Legal 500 Law Firm

Team: The team is thriving and growing with 11 members in their Residential Team

Salary: £27k-£40k

Position Overview:

My client is looking to hire an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal within their Residential Property department. This is an opportunity to work in a high-quality environment, working on a mixture of residential files, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages. This opportunity will also be a fee earning role offering lots of progression. My client is looking for someone who has had experience assisting fee earners and handling their own sales matters. This role is available as the firm are looking to gain an experienced member of support staff who will help assist the residential team as a whole and stay long-term. This is a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors with high-net-worth clients. There is also the opportunity for a training contract in the future after 1-year within the firm. There are routes to progression as well as 2 days working from home!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Conveyancing matters.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
  • Working on the whole conveyancing process from inception to post completion.
  • Experience fee earning.

Qualifications + Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of the whole Conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
