A fantastic career opportunity has become available with one of our clients, they are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal who is looking to take that next step in the career to a role offering progression, starting with a small caseload, a training contract will be considered in the future for the right candidate.  Friendly and progressive South London based law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to add to their growing Conveyancing department. The role requires a Conveyancing Paralegal who has around 2+ years experience of managing their own small caseload of Residential files under supervision. You will start off managing a caseload of around 30 Residential files which may consist of sales and purchase, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more, the caseload will slowly increase in size as you become more experienced and confident.  The firm are offering Hybrid working with a friendly, supportive and progressive team environment.
  • Must be confident with your abilities and be self sufficient
  • The firm uses the case management software Osprey - training will be provided on the software
  • Hours are full-time only
  • There is the potential for a training contract in the future for the right candidate or support to qualify via the SQE route 
Conveyancing Paralegal Salary is between £30,000 p.a. and £35,000 p.a. depending on experience level. Based in South London, close to the tube and other transport links! Start date is Feb. Contact us to discuss!
