MFK Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients based in London.

They are looking for a talented Conveyancing Paralegal to support the conveyancing team with the day to day running of a caseload. The role is based in their South London Office.

Conveyancing Paralegal- What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the management of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.New build properties

  • Conduct property searches, including land registry and local authority searches, and provide summaries of findings.

  • Assist with exchange of contracts and completion processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Organise and manage client files, keeping them up to date and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations, ensuring the team is compliant with current legislation.

Conveyancing Paralegal- What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience of at least one year working in residential or commercial conveyancing is essential, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload

  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Please note that to be successful you MUST be based in the UK, have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and have previous experience as a Paralegal.
