Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Corporate/Private Equity Paralegal to join one of our prestigious US law firm clients London office on a temporary basis. This is set to start ASAP and will be until at least the end of the year.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a city private equity team and should be familiar with due diligence support, contract reviews, drafting ancillary documents from precedents and supporting with DocuSign and preparing bibles.

- Hourly PAYE rate of £17.75 per hour
