Our client, a multi-practice leading US law firm are looking to hire a Corporate & AML Paralegal who has experience within Funds on a permanent basis working directly with the Partners and Associate.

Corporate & AML Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Funds, Funds Tax, M&A and Finance colleagues to develop an understanding of the client’s fund and investment structures
  • Work closely with the AML team members to prepare and respond to AML queries received from the client, their portfolio companies and third parties
  • Manage entity formation processes and prepare, revise and maintain formation documents, resolutions, bylaws, organization charts and transaction documents
  • Draft corporate authorities and ancillary documents
  • Limited due diligence in relation to corporate powers and authority
  • Proofread and check documents
  • Assist the team in consolidating and updating know-how
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the lawyers

Corporate & AML Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements: 

  • Have previous Funds / AML experience within another law firm
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of document management systems
