About Our Client:

Our award-winning client specializes in corporate, commercial, employment, real estate and more offering innovative legal solutions to a diverse range of clients. The firm's Corporate team works on a variety of cases, including M&As, Due Diligence, IPOs, and Shareholder Agreements for clients all over the globe. The role would be supporting 2 senior solicitors and carrying out company secretarial work.

Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join a dynamic team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting fee earners with all their transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide transaction support to fee-earners
  • Dealing with Company Secretarial requirements
  • Assistance with putting together and managing ancillary documents on transactions and arranging execution
  • Supporting Partners and Associates in their admin tasks
  • Drafting Ancillary documents
  • Dealing with company secretarial requirements
  • Preparing due diligence reports
  • Management of dataroom

Qualifications + Experience:

  • Prior property paralegal experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Manage an administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners.
  • The ability to provide administrative support to fee earners including- file-opening, telephone/email management and photocopying.
  • Draft documents and bills under supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
