Position- Corporate Paralegal

Location- Holborn

My client is a renowned city firm based in Holborn with multiple recognised Legal 500 departments. The firm's Corporate team work on a variety of cases, including M&As, IPOs, and Shareholder Agreements for clients all over the globe. Heading the team is an experienced Partner, who is ranked in the Chambers UK and recognised on the Legal 500.

The role is assisting Partners and Associates on their caseload, and candidates with more experience may be given further responsibilities in order to challenge and help continuously improve themselves. Successful candidates require at least 1 year of experience working in Corporate Law in a similar Paralegal role.
