Position Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Paralegal with a minimum of 1-year of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on M&As, ideally in the healthcare sector, as well as offering general corporate support.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Assisting a Partner with the caseload of M&As, mainly in the healthcare sector, as well as offering general corporate advise

路 Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.

路 Prepare and draft corporate ancillary documents.

路 Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.

路 Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

路 Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications + Experience:

路 At least one-year of experience working in Corporate law

路 A degree from a UK university

路 Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

路 Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.

路 Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

路 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
