An exciting opportunity has arisen for a corporate paralegal to join a highly acclaimed international law firm. The successful individual will work on a fully remote (UK only) basis and will be responsible for delivering and assisting others in the delivery of transactional matter work in accordance with instructions from the practice. A key element of the role will be to provide the practice with technical, strategic, and practical know how on transaction support services.

You will work closely with the practice ensuring efficient matter delivery from inception through the completion. The team deliver traditional paralegal support as well as process driven legal services, working seamlessly with other matter teams to provide high quality, effective support. Duties will include ensuring adequate project management and supervision is in place, acting as a reference point for the practice in relation to team resourcing and service issues as well as supporting the project leader and manager of the team with management tasks.

Candidates will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will also have gone on to complete the LPC or SQE. Qualified lawyers from any jurisdiction are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience in transactional delivery is essential coupled with the ability to lead transactional delivery support teams. First class organisational and communication skills are paramount.
