Do you have previous experience supporting with document reviewing and criminal disclosure procedures?We have an exciting opportunity for several paralegals to join our Financial Services client and get the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, and greatly enhance your paralegal skills, and develop your legal analysis, attention to detail, and judgement skills.This is initially a 3-months temporary contract paying £19 per hour including holiday pay.What does the day-to-day look like?Reviewing material using our digital document management system (EDT) and other internal databasesAnalysing documents and applying descriptions that accurately summarise the content and highlight pertinent information, in accordance with the legislative requirementsMeeting deadlines for the review of documents allocated to youMaintaining and promoting effective working relationships with colleagues in the same and other business areaAny additional, related tasks, as determined by the disclosure officerAre you who we are looking for?You have evidence of Legal training (for example Law at A level or degree level) or experience of working in a law firm.You have experience reviewing large volumes of materialYou have experience analysing complex documents and applying a description that accurately reflects the content in a comprehensive and concise mannerExperience working with the Criminal Procedure & Investigations Act 1996, some knowledge of criminal investigations and litigation, and some knowledge of regulatory investigations and litigation.If this sounds like you, then click the apply button and get in touch to find out more about this.
