Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting a Debt Finance Paralegal to join a US law firm on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a growing US law firm, supporting the Debt Finance team in all stages of transactions.

The team comprises of 4 Paralegals and a number of Associates & Partners, and has scope to extend beyond the initial 6 month term for the right candidate.

Some of the duties involve:

  • Provide assistance on venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings and M&A,
  • Prepare and draft documents and agreements
  • Provide support to lawyers with preparation of closings

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years Debt Finance Paralegal experience, ideally gained from a similar US law firm environment. Future trainees with previous experience and 6 + months availability will also be considered!

This role requires office working 5 days per week, and overtime when required.
