Employment ParalegalLondon£25,000 - £35,000 per annumI am working alongside an extremely passionate and ambitious law firm in London, who specialise in Employment law.

Due to their current expansion and increased workload, they are looking for either an experienced Employment Paralegal, or an individual with a keen interest towards Employment law to join their hard-working and close-knit team.

Responsibilities of Employment Paralegal:

  • Assist in case progression from start to finish
  • Collaborate on Employment Tribunal preparations
  • Maintain client communications
  • Draft legal documents such as advice letters, witness statements, and pleadings
  • Support with the creation of marketing materials
  • Help plan events for the firm to host and attend

Requirements for Employment Paralegal:

  • Commitment to rights-based law
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Legal qualifications (LLB, LLM, PGDL) would be preferred
  • Relevant experience, especially in Employment Tribunal/County Court/High Court, is ideal but not essential—training is provided!
