A top International law firm is seeking a new Employment Paralegal on a permanent basis – this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with tribunal experience in addition with experience of running your own caseload, a very generous package is on offer plus agile working.

Running your own caseloads

Responsibilities for the Employment Paralegal:

  • Support with progressing cases from initiation to completion
  • Preparing employment tribunals, including compiling evidence, drafting witness statements and conducting legal research
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice when needed
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs and appeals

Requirements for the Employment Paralegal:

  • Experience working as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm or an in-house organisation
  • Extensive tribunal experience
  • Ability to manage your own caseload
  • Exceptional organisational and written skills
