  • Assist Solicitors in managing client files and related administrative tasks.
  • Independently manage client files, liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.
  • Prepare bundles for hearings and support the legal team with case management.
  • Efficiently manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle calls from existing clients and new enquiries, providing professional and supportive assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ideally, you have completed a law degree or equivalent.
  • Ideally some prior paralegal experience in a Family department. 
  • Proficient in using case management systems and various software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
