- Assist Solicitors in managing client files and related administrative tasks.
- Independently manage client files, liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.
- Prepare bundles for hearings and support the legal team with case management.
- Efficiently manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle calls from existing clients and new enquiries, providing professional and supportive assistance.
- Ideally, you have completed a law degree or equivalent.
- Ideally some prior paralegal experience in a Family department.
- Proficient in using case management systems and various software applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
