This role is for an ambitious Finance Paralegal who will be supporting a busy Finance department within a top tier international law firm in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, which include but are not limited to legal research, contract drafting and revision, and case management.

Description
- Support the Legal team in preparing and drafting legal documents
- Signing and closing arrangements for financing transactions
- Reviewing company searches and completion of company search review forms
- Production of revised drafts of finance documents
- Assist in the creation of legal presentations for the team and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Provide general administrative support to the Legal team
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
Profile
A successful Finance Paralegal should have:
- An academic background in Law or related field
- Experience in a legal support role within a professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of finance regulations and contract law
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in legal research and contract drafting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
