The job holder will be an integral member of the team & have a broad remit, ensuring overall that investor clients receive a consistently prominent level of service. This will include verifying, preparing & managing client claims, analysing and reconciling investment data and communicating with major investors.

This is a position that is challenging and rewarding in equal measure and will suit someone who is keen to bring added value to the business through not only their aptitude and experience but also their positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Job role:

  • Liaising with clients, custodians, settlement administrators, law firms, litigation funders, and other relevant parties involved in this area of group litigation
  • Understanding and interpreting claims process documentation
  • Identifying, analysing, and processing financial transaction records on behalf of clients
  • Generation and filing of client's claims across multiple authorities.
  • Assisting the senior members of the team with litigation projects

Essential skills & experience:

The successful candidate will have an interest in this area of business where law & fintech interconnect & can demonstrate prior working knowledge/experience delivering client service within a financial, insurance, legal or similar environment.

  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and organisational skills
  • Detail-orientated, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
  • Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities to tight deadlines.
  • Initiative-taking & problem-solving
  • Takes responsibility and ownership.
  • A client and team-centric approach and friendly professional demeanour
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven work experience gained within a similar environment.

Monday - Friday

Hybrid option once probation is completed.

40 hours working week.
