- Preparing and reviewing fund documents
- Maintaining trackers and checklists on various aspects of the funds process for a large number of investors
- Preparing and managing virtual data rooms
- Reviewing, filing and circulating countersigned documents to clients, investors and administrators
- Preparing and submitting Companies House filings
- Drafting corporate authorisations
- Liaising with specialist regulatory counsel
- Carrying out winding up / insolvency searches
- Preparing opinion and closing bibles
- Be educated to LLB/GDL level (or equivalent)
- Whilst prior Funds experience is preferred, those with more general Finance or Corporate/M&A experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience of managing CP checklists, Companies House filings and drafting board minutes is key
