Job Title: Investment Funds Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

About the company: A prestigious international law firm specialising in Corporate Transactions, Litigation, Restructuring and Investment Funds. Role overview: The firm is seeking 2 Paralegals to join its Investment Funds Group on a rolling 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis. The role will involve trainee level work assisting with a number of deals in the busy team. This role may involve late evening and/or weekend working, for which overtime will be paid.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, tracking, collating and coordinating KYC documentation.
  • Company searches, reviewing search results and preparing corporate formalities documents.
  • Preparing and co-ordinating the collection of signature pages.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous funds experience and have passed the LPC, however the firm is also interested in candidates with substantive legal work experience. Flexibility is a must for this role, as well as being proactive and organised. Future trainees with 12+ months availability will also be considered.
