You will be educated at degree level, have completed the LPC or SQE1 with at least 1 years conveyancing experience.

Experience to include:

  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Preparing contract packs
  • Experience of the land registry portal
  • Registration including companies house and Land Registry
  • Drafting AP1s and stamp duty returns
  • Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
  • Preparing completion statements
  • Pre and post completion matters
