  • Deliver exceptional client care in managing client matters
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage case files efficiently by meeting deadlines, adhering to precedents, and preparing documents within the case management system
  • Meet with clients and assist in completing public funding applications
  • Organise, label, and index large document volumes
  • Coordinate with local authorities, housing associations, and medical professionals to request and receive necessary documents
  • Support in preparing hearing bundles
  • Attend internal and client meetings, taking detailed notes as needed
  • Perform ad hoc and related tasks as required
