They boast a Legal 500 accredited Immigration department with particular expertise in advising overseas law firms.
The vacancy
This highly successful Immigration department act for companies, institutions, individuals and families on all aspects of UK business immigration and nationality law.
The department specialises in strategic immigration advice on issues including sponsorship compliance, immigration aspects of corporate transactions and TUPE, and Global Mobility routes.
They also regularly assist private individuals and families on the full spectrum of UK immigration and nationality law including applications to Indefinite Leave to Remain and Naturalisation, complex Family Immigrations applications, challenging Home Office decisions and representations at the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal.
They're now looking for an ambitious Paralegal who is experienced in and has a passion for Immigration Law looking to work for a leading team.
Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Immigration Paralegal is essential
- Traits: Pro-active 'can-do' attitude, team player, and excellent attention to detail
