We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Paralegal to join a high performing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a career paralegal who has consistent experience either within private practice or in a commercial business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the legal team with the drafting, reviewing, and management of commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Providing support on legal matters related to our business operations, including compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure our business activities align with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure all legal and contractual matters are addressed effectively.
  • Maintaining and organizing legal files, databases, and records to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Supporting the legal team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a paralegal, ideally with exposure to commercial contracts and NDAs.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures, especially within a commercial or corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
