We are working with a leading in-house firm, who are seeking an IP Paralegal to join their team initially on a 4-6 month contract, with the potential for this role to become permanent.

This role is a varied and exciting opportunity where you will be involved in a range of patent formalities tasks, including: preparing and filing patent applications; managing patent records; liaising with IPOs; dealing with client contact; noting and meeting important deadlines. This role can be worked hybrid or remote with occasional office attendance (depending on your location).

What experience will you need? For this role, you’ll ideally have 3 years+ experience within a patent formalities role and a CIPA Admin Qualification would be great. However, this is desirable but not essential. Additionally, you will need to work on your own initiative and effectively handle any task at hand with little to no supervision.
