- Conducting in-depth legal research on international trade and sanctions law.
- Drafting and review French contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and reports.
- Support senior lawyers with client matters, including due diligence and compliance reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Demonstrable interest in International Trade through studies (e.g., LLM) or relevant work experience.
- 6 months’ experience in International Trade law preferred, but candidates with other commercial paralegal experience who fulfil the other criteria are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
