Prestigious UK law firm is hiring a new Junior Legal Assistant to work across multiple teams on a permanent basis, working with the Legal PAs to provide first-class support to the Lawyers and Partners in London office.

Key Duties for the Junior Legal Assistant include:

  • File opening / closing
  • Archive management
  • General administrative requests e.g. photocopying, scanning, filing
  • Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports
  • Audio dictation
  • Managing and processing expenses
  • Assisting in the billing process
  • Prioritising workloads ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Requirement for the Junior Legal Assistant include:

  • Experience within Real Estate is desirable
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
