The Firm
Our client, a well established law firm based in Victoria are seeking a Junior Legal Cashier to join their growing team.

The Opportunity
The successful Junior Legal Cashier will provide support the team with financial administration tasks. Duties to include:

  • Receive and record client payments
  • Update and maintain client and office ledgers with accurate financial details
  • Reconcile bank statements with internal records
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Follow up on overdue client payments
  • Compliance checks
  • Generate basic financial reports as needed, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
  • Deal with client enquiries regarding billing and payments
  • Assist with filing, copying, and other administrative duties

This Junior Legal Cashier opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm

Required experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
