Junior Property Paralegal

Prestigious UK law firm is seeking a Junior Property Paralegal on a permanent basis to provide a polished support service to their team in the City of London.

  • Up to 30k experience dependent
  • Hybrid working (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
  • Stunning City offices

The Junior Property Paralegal will assist with the management of post completion for the Property team in London to include the registration of security at the Land Registry and dealing with and Land Registry requisitions.

Junior Property Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Diarising OS1
  • Preparing and lodging AP1/FR1 applications at the Land Registry
  • Dealing with any Requisitions from the Land Registry effectively and in a timely manner
  • Keeping an orderly system in place for dealing with all Post Completion matters
  • Updating any requests from lenders, brokers and clients on the progress of registrations
  • Sending copy completion of registration to clients and lenders
  • Promptly bringing to the attention of the Post Completion Paralegal any matter on which there is a risk of removal from a lender panel

Junior Property Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Recent law graduate or experience of working within a similar role within a law firm
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
