This prominent, central London, Legal 500 firm has created a new opportunity for a law costs draftsman at a senior level.

The role:
This a newly created opportunity and will sit closely with the Financial Director. The firm is highly regarded for its litigation teams, several of which are ranked as 1st Tier Legal 500.
Alongside the usual drafting duties, the primary focus of this law costs draftsman role will be negotiating and maximising costs recovery for high costs cases. Therefore, previous experience in this area is essential.
Typical areas of law will include:
- Personal Injury
- Medical Negligence
- Human Rights
You:
You will need to have a clear history of negotiating and influencing positive outcomes in a similar role. We are inviting application from experienced law costs draftsmen who:
- Have previous experience with high value PI and clinical negligence claims
- Live within a reasonable commute of central LondonÂ
- Qualified costs lawyers are of particular interest and encouraged to apply
