My client a are a legal Practice based in the West End now looking to recruit a self-starter to work closely with the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience across the full transaction process. The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of international clients and new business activity. My client are interested in applications from candidates with a legal background, with substantial experience in corporate, legal or advisory roles, would suit a paralegal with an interest in this area.

Other languages are desirable, as are document drafting skills.

Roles and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities

  • Work closely within our team and with professional firms Conduct financial and commercial business analysis to a high standard Conduct buyer and seller process
  • Prepare confidential business profiles and information memoranda
  • Evaluate offers received/Support the process of grooming for sale Support client preparation for due diligence and implementation
  • Coordinate with other advisers Proactively support other team members Secondary responsibilities
  • Support strategic consulting services to clients

My client are looking for someone who will fit into their existing small team and be able to work closely with professional firms to achieve their clients' aims. The right candidate will be professional, transparent and accountable. London based with some foreign travel.
