Junior Conveyancing Assistant

London, NW11

£27,000 + Pension

If you have a little legal experience or are a law graduate then this position for a Junior Conveyancing Assistant could really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing extensive all-round and administrative support in the Legal Department

- Working on commercial conveyancing cases from start to finish

- Producing a wide range of documentation including legal forms

- Assisting team with all legalities and ensuring financial arrangements are in place

- Completing due diligence, completing title checks and conducting environmental searches

- Supporting the negotiation process and helping to draft client contracts
