Hours: 9am-5pm Mon - Fri

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective administrative support to legal services, aiding Councils, Members, Officers, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist legal teams with a full range of administrative tasks, including filing, archiving, preparing court bundles, and managing correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with basic casework while maintaining various manual and electronic systems.
  • Support project work through fact-finding, research, and data management, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.
  • Meet and greet clients and guests, providing excellent customer service in a professional setting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
  • A level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of Freedom of Information and Data Protection issues.
