Introductory Paragraph:Join our client's team in London, one of the largest providers of public health services globally, as a Legal Claims and Inquests Manager. We are seeking an experienced individual with a passion for managing legal claims in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:As a Legal Claims and Inquest Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing clinical negligence claims against medical staff or facilities- Investigating incidents resulting in serious harm or death- Leading complex litigation cases involving multiple parties - Conducting patient safety investigations

Qualifications/ Skills Required:

Applicants must have at least three years' experience as a Litigator/Solicitor dealing with Clinical Negligence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a qualified solicitor in England/Wales, knowledge of relevant Health Care Services legislation, and the ability to manage litigation from inception through completion.
