Key Responsibilities of the Legal Operations Analyst
- Streamline Legal Operations: Provide administrative support, manage electronic filing, organise documents, and schedule key meetings to ensure seamless operations.
- Technology & Systems Support: Help maintain and optimise legal tech tools, such as contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Ironclad) and other legal software solutions.
- Data Management & Reporting: Accurately input and analyse data, generating reports that support decision-making within the legal team.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to legal and business projects, ensuring key deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside legal and non-legal teams, building strong relationships to support operational efficiency across the organisation.
Skills & Attributes of the Legal Operations Analyst
- 2+ years’ experience in the legal industry or supporting legal teams in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with legal technology and contract lifecycle management tools is highly desirable
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Exposure to change management—helping to implement new systems, processes, and training for legal teams.
- Understanding of process mapping and workflow design within a legal function.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
