Legal PA - IP department

A leading Law firm in London seek an experienced Legal PA to join their fast paced IP team, on a full time permanent basis.

Looking after a Partner, Managing Associates and a few other Associates, you will be required to:

Manage the diaries, meetings and travel plans

Take ownership of billing, coordinating WIP lists

File/matter opening/closing

Prepare,proof read and amend documents for meetings

Assist with producing legal documents, work with presentation specialists

Work closely with the BD team

Book lunches, events etc.

Process expenses

Step up to cover Team Leaders/Managers when required

We are looking to speak to candidates who have worked in IP, Patents or Trademarks teams within a Law firm who are looking for a new challenge!
