If you’re looking for a new Private Client/Conveyancing Secretarial position with a respected law firm in the Northwest of London, then my client’s new role will be of interest.Working 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and with an earlier finish on a Friday, they also offer a great package including above average holidays.The firm has been established for almost 100 years, and they’re experts in Private Client and Property based law, so the expectation is that the Legal PA will be very experienced in these areas.Supporting a Partner and Senior Solicitor, responsibilities of the role will include:Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications by phone, client/personal attendance, post etcOpening and closing files in accordance with the firm’s compliance policyGeneral File Management and Client Liaison management including but not limited to keeping clients and other parties informed, ensuring that all files are effectively managed with records of correspondence, attendances, documents etc.Filing / photocopying Deed Poll applicationsPreparing Court Bundles Employment LawAdministrative duties related to settlement agreementsLiaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors and other third parties and government bodiesGenerating Quotes for Residential and Commercial Conveyancing matters including but not limited to Sales, Purchase’s, Transfer of Equity, Remortgages and Independent Legal AdviceDrafting application forms and IHT accountsDrafting and finalising Lasting Power of Attorney documentsDrafting Court of Protection documentsDealing with submissions to the Office of Public Guardian and Court of ProtectionAssisting with the preparation and issuance of client invoicesMonitoring and tracking outstanding invoicesThis is an opportunity to join a small and friendly team and be in a pivotal position by providing professional support.if you are interested in an informal discussion, please call Justine on or forward your most recent CV to
