Legal Personal Assistant

Elite full-service law firm is seeking to hire a Legal Personal Assistant to primarily support the Chair of their renowned IP department in London. You will also be providing PA support to others within the team.

Legal Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events.
  • Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners.
  • Prepare, amend, and proofread documents.
  • Calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls/meetings).
  • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners.

Legal Personal Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven senior level experience working as a Legal PA/Secretary within a law firm.
  • Experience of working within an IP or Litigation practice group is beneficial.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
