Job Overview:
We are searching for an energetic Legal Personal Assistant with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience to work closely with our Principal Solicitor. The Legal Personal Assistant role is pivotal in streamlining client operations, allowing their solicitors to dedicate their efforts toward attracting high-caliber Consultants and Associates. As a Legal Personal Assistant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the principal solicitor, which includes managing all forms of correspondence, coordinating meetings, and organizing legal documents with precision and care.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing various legal documents and detailed reports, ensuring they are accurate and meet all necessary compliance standards.
- Client Relations: Handle client inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality, maintaining organized and up-to-date client records that reflect our commitment to exceptional service.
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, implementing strategies that promote a seamless workflow and enhance overall efficiency.
- Marketing Support: Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at bolstering the firm’s reputation and attracting new clients, contributing creative ideas to help elevate our brand presence.
- Database Management: Help maintain and update the firm’s filing and database systems, ensuring that all information is correctly recorded and easily accessible.
Skills, Abilities, Experience and Qualificationns:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity, ideally within a legal setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, along with familiarity with other office management software, to enhance productivity.
