- Oversee staff, manage workloads, enhance efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle the practical needs and facilities necessary for effective daily operations of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency contracts and maintain Lexcel, Legal 500, and Chambers accreditations.
- Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and promptly manage client enquiries and complaints.
- Uphold and enhance the firm’s brand, reputation, and market presence.
- Manage performance data, financial records, and prepare reports for the Directors.
- Assist the Directors in executing executive decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Law-based qualifications such as LLB, LLM, LPC, or BVC.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a law practice.
- Former practising Solicitor or Barrister status or significant experience in the Criminal Justice Sector or as a Law Clerk.
- Experience working with the Legal Aid Agency, Bar Standards Board, or Solicitors Regulation Authority.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and client-focused skills.
