We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a boutique city law firm, in their search for a Legal Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise legal files, ensuring accurate and efficient file management.
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and organise bundles for court and client meetings.
  • Handle expense claims and reimbursement processing for fee earners.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing schedules, filing, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong professional telephone manner.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a small team environment.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will be expected to work 4 days in office, 1 day wfh. May be required to come in 5 days depending on business needs.
