If you have basic administration experience in a law firm or professional services firm and would like to progress your career in a top city law firm - our client, a top tier law firm in London, is looking for a Practice Team Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team.

Salary: £28,500Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diary management, including the setup of meetings and conference calls, often coordinating with reception, room bookings, IT support, and facilities.
  • Aid fee earners in obtaining and collating client due diligence, as well as preparing client engagement letters.
  • Support with correspondence, preparation of legal documents, and client communications.
  • Help with billing, time recording, and general administrative duties.
