Are you ready to join a leading international law firm and gain invaluable experience in employment litigation? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employment Litigation Paralegal to join our team on a temporary basis for 3-6 months.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our employment litigation team, focusing primarily on employment tribunal cases for a major food delivery brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gaining exposure to high-profile cases and developing your legal skills. We are open to considering junior employment lawyers who meet our budget requirements and demonstrate a passion for employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing for employment tribunal hearings, including drafting documents, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients and witnesses.
  • Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the team in organising and coordinating tribunal logistics.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in employment litigation or tribunal work is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to commit to a 3-6 month temporary assignment.
