An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Paralegal to join a prestigious, top-ranked disputes boutique in Central London. Specialising in business crime and fraud, this firm is known for handling high-profile and complex cases, offering an exceptional career-building experience for the right candidate.The Role:The successful Litigation Paralegal will work closely with leading solicitors and barristers on a complex, high-profile case, gaining exposure to some of the most intricate disputes in the industry. This is an initial 12-month contract position with scope for extension.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing court bundles, reviewing evidence, and liaising with counsel.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting case summaries.
  • Managing and reviewing disclosure materials, including e-discovery tasks.
  • Attending court hearings and taking detailed notes.
  • Taking notes in client meetings.
  • Drafting legal documentation.
  • General case management .
About you:This Fraud Paralegal role would suit a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with hands-on litigation experience, particularly around trial preparation.
  • Previous litigation experience is essential, ideally in business crime, fraud, or regulatory disputes.
  • Prior experience at a regulator such as the SFO or FCA would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • German language skills would be a real advantage.
  • Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent research and drafting skills.
  • Experience using litigation support tools and e-disclosure platforms is advantageous.
