Top Legal 500 law firm located in London are currently seeking an experienced Litigation paralegal due to expansion.

**A minimum of 1 years experience within Litigation is essential**

Experience to include:

  • Knowledge of Civil procedure rules
  • Mortgage repossession claims
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Debt recovery matters
  • Experience in county court proceedings
  • Familiarity with trial bundles, witness statements, and assisting in trial preparation
  • Liaising with and briefing Counsel

Ideally you would have completed the LPC although working towards it would be considered.
