- Assisting with new client enquiries.
- Drafting court documents for claims under County Court and High Court procedures.
- Preparing correspondence between clients and solicitors.
- Supporting fee-earners with contentious probate and civil litigation claims.
- Managing professional and confidential written and telephone communications with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
- Contributing to marketing initiatives aligned with our business plan.
- Conducting legal research as required.
- Experience supporting multiple fee-earners.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A flexible, proactive, and “can-do” attitude.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Accountability and ownership of work.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Law degree, CILEx qualification, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Litigation experience is highly desirable.
