My client is a top 200 law firm and currently on the lookout for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Central London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with new client enquiries.
  • Drafting court documents for claims under County Court and High Court procedures.
  • Preparing correspondence between clients and solicitors.
  • Supporting fee-earners with contentious probate and civil litigation claims.
  • Managing professional and confidential written and telephone communications with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives aligned with our business plan.
  • Conducting legal research as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience supporting multiple fee-earners.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A flexible, proactive, and “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Accountability and ownership of work.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Law degree, CILEx qualification, or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Litigation experience is highly desirable.
